What this desk does not claim

No qualification is claimed on this site. Where an answer properly belongs to a licensed professional, the page points that out rather than answering anyway. Names and credentials are deliberately absent. Anything of that kind on a public page ought to be verifiable, and we would rather leave the space empty than fill it with a qualification nobody can check.
